當(dāng)今世事萬(wàn)象的瞬息變遷，新知識(shí)、新技術(shù)、新媒體、新概念洶涌不絕撲面而來(lái)，不斷拓寬我們的專業(yè)界限，也不斷刷新我們的認(rèn)知。在這紛繁復(fù)雜的時(shí)代，與其疲于應(yīng)付甚至來(lái)不及思考，不如讓我們放下多余的執(zhí)念，簡(jiǎn)于心，而專于行。

今天，匯聚東西方文明的上海，為來(lái)自亞洲甚至更大范圍的平面設(shè)計(jì)師和研究者提供了一個(gè)交流與展現(xiàn)的平臺(tái)。2017年第四屆上海· 亞洲平面設(shè)計(jì)雙年展，期望聯(lián)合同道中人，以“簡(jiǎn)”為主題，重拾初心，回歸設(shè)計(jì)的本意，用圖形的語(yǔ)言展現(xiàn)智慧與科技的碰撞與交融。

There is an old saying goes,“keep simple, keep to the point,be true to your self and free from bigotry”.
In this constantly changing world, new knowledge, new technology, new media and new concepts emerge from time to time, which blurs the boundaries between disciplines and constantly updates our knowledge. Instead of being kept on the run, how about emptying our minds and living in the moment.
Shanghai, serving as cultural crossroads where east meets west, provides a broader stage where graphic designers and trend researchers from Asia and beyond can communicate and present their message. This year the theme“Simplicity” sets the tone that remembering our original intention in terms of graphic design looms larger nowadays. We look forward to involve more like-minded people to explain the collision and blend of wisdom and smart intelligence with the graphic language.

參賽細(xì)則
本屆雙年展分兩個(gè)展項(xiàng)| Two exhibitions: 
Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2017 contains two programme of exhibitions. The theme of each exhibition is shown as following:
 1 “簡(jiǎn)”圖形設(shè)計(jì)主題展|  Simplicity  
本展向來(lái)自亞洲各個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)師和相關(guān)愛(ài)好者征集主題為“簡(jiǎn)”或者相關(guān)主題的圖形設(shè)計(jì)作品，以海報(bào)形式呈現(xiàn)。
The graphic design exhibition will collect the outstanding theme related posters from designers around Asia to bring their forth new understandings for the theme.
2 自由主題海報(bào) |   Free Theme
主題不限定，有一定正面意義，圖形形式感強(qiáng)。
There is no limit on themes, but it should be with positive sense and strong graphic form.
本次雙年展將先后在上海和臺(tái)灣展出。
The 4th Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2017 will be successively exhibited in Shanghai and Taiwan.
征集作品及要求 | Rules and Regulations：
本次展覽征集作品的內(nèi)容需健康向上，不得侵犯各國(guó)文化或道德規(guī)范以及必須符合本屆雙年展作品主題的平面設(shè)計(jì)作品。
The work should NOT offend against diverse cultures of all Asia countries or should NOT be immoralism. The work SHOULD be theme-related.
1.每件參展作品的電子文檔技術(shù)參數(shù)：作品幅面60X90CM，像素精度150dpi以上，CMYK，文件格式為JPG格式（用于作品打?。?；同時(shí)遞交預(yù)覽文件RGB格式, 文件大小不超過(guò)2M(用于線上展示)，如果對(duì)印刷有特殊要求的，可以自行印刷郵寄給組委會(huì)。
Submit files of works: 60X90CM size, more than 150 dpi, JPEG, a color model CMYK for printing. And RGB, NO MORE THAN 2MB for presentation online.If the participant requires the special size for his/her own work,he/she has to print the work by himself/herself, then posts it to the Organizing Committee.
2.每位作者最多只能提交三件作品（系列作品算一件）。
Each applicant is allowed to submit at most THREE works.(Series are only counted for one work).
3.線上投稿截止日為2017年10月5日，下載報(bào)名表格http://www.sagdshanghai.org/同作品一起提交，投稿郵件: sagd2017@126.com；入選作品將在10月30日后在官方網(wǎng)頁(yè)和相關(guān)媒體公布，并通知作者。
The deadline for online submission is October 5th 2017. For the application form can be found here: http://www.sagdshanghai.org/. Please send the application form along with the file of work to: sagd2017@126.com；The accepted participants will be contacted after October. 30th 2017. on the official web and related media, and notify the author.
4.作品評(píng)選及展覽不收取任何費(fèi)用
No application fee.
